Transcript Progress

To check on the status of official transcript requests.

Log into Self-Service BANNER, click on “Student”, then “Student Records”, and then on “Academic Transcripts”.  In the center of the page you will see “Transcript Request Status”. Select the date you made your request and click “Submit”.

The first date (Sent Date) is the mailing date of your transcript.

The second date (Print Date) is when the Registrar’s Office completed processing your request.

Rely on multiple methods of communication regarding the College’s Inclement Weather decisions. The Alert Messaging System is one method of sharing information (New River CTC’s portal, email and text messaging). Other methods include posting here, on official College social media channels (Facebook and Twitter), campus weather lines and messages sent to local television and radio stations.
