Transcript Progress

To check on the status of official transcript requests.

Log into Self-Service BANNER, click on “Student”, then “Student Records”, and then on “Academic Transcripts”.  In the center of the page you will see “Transcript Request Status”. Select the date you made your request and click “Submit”.

The first date (Sent Date) is the mailing date of your transcript.

The second date (Print Date) is when the Registrar’s office completed processing your request.

(Any requests prior to May 2013 will still show this message “Your order is still in processing. Please check again at another time.” This is an error; those requests have been processed and mailed.)

College Closed Monday

New River CTC will be closed Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day.  Classes will resume and offices will re-open on Tuesday.
