Transcript Progress

To check on the status of official transcript requests.

Log into Self-Service BANNER, click on “Student”, then “Student Records”, and then on “Academic Transcripts”.  In the center of the page you will see “Transcript Request Status”. Select the date you made your request and click “Submit”.

The first date (Sent Date) is the mailing date of your transcript.

The second date (Print Date) is when the Registrar’s office completed processing your request.

Student account statements will no longer be mailed through the postal service. Statements will be emailed to student New River CTC email addresses and available through the Self-Service Banner.
