West Virginia Higher Education Grant (WVHEG)

This is a state-funded grant for students who are West Virginia residents. Students apply by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applications received by March 1 are given priority consideration. To receive the grant, full-time attendance is required. To maintain eligibility, successful completion of 24 hours within the fall and spring semesters combined, and a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 is required.

The deadline to apply for summer 2018 graduation is Monday, March 19. Applications are available online or you may pick up a paper form on your local campus or from your advisor. Make sure to see your advisor before submitting your application.
