Presidential Scholarship applications are available through high school counselors in January of each year for current high school students who are graduating and meet guidelines. Graduating high school students should complete and submit a Scholarship Application by March 15 in order to be given priority consideration.
West Virginia PROMISE Scholarship Program
The PROMISE Scholarship Program is a merit-based financial aid program available to West Virginia students who meet certain academic standards.
Program requirements: Students must have a core and cumulative grade point average GPA of 3.0 or higher and meet the minimum test score requirements on either the ACT or the SAT.
