New River Community & Technical College Libary provides library services through our library near the Greenbrier Valley Campus, online databases and through Summersville Public Library, Raleigh County Public Library, Craft Memorial Library and Bluefield State College Library.

New River Community & Technical College Library is open to all students, faculty, staff and local community residents using their Mountain Library Network (MLN) cards. MLN cards are issued to any student or community user. If you do not have an MLN card, you may go to the library and request a card (bring ID). There is no charge for the MLN cards. MLN cards from any MLN Library are valid at the New River Library.
