Mercer County Campus

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the New River Community and Technical College's Mercer County Campus!  We are conveniently located in downtown Princeton, WV on Mercer Street.  We are thrilled to be part of the revitalization and growth of the area!http://princetonrenaissanceproject.org.  Located across the street from the Princeton Public Library, our campus features lecture-style classrooms, computer labs, and Interactive Video Network (IVN) classrooms.

We are pleased that you have chosen to pursue your education with us!  We will strive to provide you with a learning environment that is challenging, yet supportive of your personal interests and needs.  We want you to succeed while you are here, and equally important, we want to prepare you for your life and the world of work.

You will find our faculty, staff, and administration ready to help you through your college experience.  Small class sizes and personalized instruction will help make this journey meaningful and enjoyable.  This, coupled with an emphasis on building competencies through hands-on experience, will better prepare you to "hit the ground running" when you gain employment following graduation.

Again, we thank you for being part of the New River Community and Technical College community.

Welcome to the Greenbrier Valley Campus of New River Community and Technical College. We are pleased that you have shown interest in our College and our campus. While our campus is in Lewisburg, our focus for providing educational services, both to individuals and businesses, is the whole region associated with the Greenbrier Valley. Our service region extends from Snowshoe Resort in the north, to the Town of Peterstown in the south, the Alleghany Highlands of Virginia in the east, and the Town of Hinton in the west. Greenbrier Valley Campus student population includes both citizens of small towns and of the rural countryside. We have the best of all possible settings--small-town art communities, such as Lewisburg, world famous resorts, such as The Greenbrier and Snowshoe--all set among some of the most breath taking panoramic views to be found anywhere in the world. Once again welcome to our community.

The main campus is located just off of I-64 East (exit 125B) and features state-of-art classrooms, computer labs, Interactive Video Network (IVN) classrooms, medical labs, and the Central Administrative offices. The Advanced Technology Center in Ghent provides a variety of customized workforce development programs and solutions to address the training and human resource needs of employers within the College's designated service area. The Educational Center for Rehabilitation Services was previously located in the heart of Beckley, but moved in June 2016 to the Raleigh County Campus in Beaver.

We are pleased that you have chosen to pursue your education with us! We will strive to provide you with a learning environment that is challenging, yet supportive of your personal interests and needs.
