Welcome to The New River Community and Technical College FoundationWe are an organization devoted to advancing educational opportunities. New River needs new and upgraded facilities. Our students need financial help to achieve success. We need laboratories for learning. We need the best instructors available. The people of southeastern West Virginia deserve nothing less. The Director of the Office of Institutional Advancement seeks to help the college secure external funding from public and private sources in accordance with the College's mission. The Office of Institutional Advancement also assists the college's non-profit foundation raise annual and endowment funds from individuals, businesses and foundations. Fund-raising functions include:
