New River provides library services through our physical library [GVC Library (NRCTC)] on the Greenbrier Valley Campus, online databases, and through Summersville Public Library, Raleigh County Public Library, Craft Memorial Library, and Bluefield State College Library (link not working).

GVC Library (NRCTC) is open to all students, faculty, staff, and local community residents using their Mountain Library Network (MLN) cards. MLN cards are issued any student or community user. If you do not have a MLN card, go to the library and request a card (bring ID). There is no charge for the MLN cards.  MLN cards from any MLN Library are valid at GVC Library (NRCTC) or any New River associated Library.
